Position Overview:
Aquatic is currently seeking motivated and skilled Production Workers to join our team. As a Production Worker, you will play a crucial role in the manufacturing process of our bathware products, ensuring the highest standards of quality and efficiency are maintained.
Responsibilities:
- Operate machinery and equipment to fabricate bathware products according to production specifications.
- Perform quality inspections on finished products to ensure they meet company standards.
- Follow production schedules and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and production targets.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to optimize production processes and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Adhere to all safety procedures and regulations to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Participate in training programs to develop skills and knowledge relevant to the production process.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in manufacturing or production is preferred.
- Ability to operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
